Terms and Conditions
Last updated: March 20271. Definitions and acceptance
“Organiser” means PMODAY HISPANIA SL; “event” means PMO DAY HISPANIA 2027; “participant” or “customer” means the person registering or purchasing; “ticket” means the corresponding access right; and “website” means pmoday.space and its language versions. Purchasing, registering or using a ticket constitutes acceptance of these terms.
2. Tickets, prices and payment
Ticket types, benefits and prices are those published on the website or sales platform. Unless expressly stated otherwise, prices are shown before taxes and are subject to the current Spanish VAT rate of 21%. Registration is confirmed when full payment has been received and confirmation has been issued.
3. Programme and access
The programme, schedules, rooms, speakers and activities may change for organisational, technical or availability reasons while seeking to preserve the event's overall value. Participants must present a valid ticket or credential and follow staff instructions, venue rules and safety requirements.
4. Ticket use
A ticket is valid only for the stated category and person. It may not be resold, duplicated or used fraudulently. The Organiser may refuse or withdraw access for breach of these terms, inappropriate conduct, risk to others or misuse of credentials.
5. Cancellations and refunds
Purchased tickets are non-refundable unless otherwise expressly stated by the Organiser or required by applicable law. If the event is permanently cancelled by the Organiser and no alternative date is offered, the customer may request a refund of 70% of the amount paid within 30 days of notice. Travel, accommodation, subsistence and other indirect expenses will not be refunded.
6. Force majeure
The Organiser is not liable for cancellations, delays, changes or inability to perform caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including official restrictions, emergencies, conflicts, strikes, widespread failures, natural events or equivalent causes. Activities may be rescheduled, adapted or replaced without an automatic right to a refund.
7. Image, recording and content
The event may be photographed or recorded. By entering, participants accept that their image or voice may appear incidentally in informational, documentary or promotional event materials. Speaker or organiser content may not be recorded, reproduced or exploited when this could infringe intellectual property rights or instructions communicated during the activity.
8. Liability
Participants are responsible for their belongings, travel and personal decisions. To the extent permitted by law, the Organiser is not liable for indirect losses, interruptions to third-party services or damage caused by failure to follow instructions or improper use of facilities and materials.
9. Privacy
Personal information will be handled according to the Privacy Policy published on this website.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes will first be addressed in good faith and, where applicable, submitted to the competent courts of Barcelona, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights.
