- Apply to become an ambassador. Email us and we will provide your identifier or code.
- Share the event and your name or code with friends, colleagues and companies.
- Your guests purchase their passes and provide your name or code. If there is no field at checkout, they can email us their registration reference.
- We verify paid, confirmed registrations and arrange your qualifying free pass with you.
Frequently asked questions
Which registrations count?
Only paid, confirmed registrations attributed to your name or code. Each registration can be attributed to one ambassador only. Your own pass, cancelled registrations and refunded registrations do not count.
What if I have already paid for my pass?
We refund the amount you paid for the pass covered by your reward. If you choose a higher-tier pass, we calculate the difference from the value of your reward and deduct any amount you have already paid. Our team will confirm the adjustment with you before processing it.
When does the programme close?
While tickets remain available. There is no separate cap on free rewards; availability of the chosen pass or workshop still applies.
What does each workshop include?
Your reward includes the same benefits as the corresponding paid workshop pass. Check the passes page for inclusions and certification conditions. Passes →
If some friends buy conferences and others a workshop, can I get two passes?
No. You may choose only one reward, even if you qualify for several. Requirements are assessed by pass type; different pass types are not combined to reach a threshold, except for the stated case of 10 professionals from the same company.
Can I add another discount for a group of 10 colleagues?
No. In that case you receive one free two-day Complete Pass, regardless of whether the group purchases conference, workshop or Complete Passes.
How do I claim my reward?
Contact the team with your name or code and the registration references. We will verify payment and help you select and arrange the qualifying pass.
